- Client must be a regular employee with at least 1 year of service
- Additional HR Discount can be availed once every 3 years, with at least one year residency
- Applicable discount is on top of regular discounts
- Sale should be coursed through ALI Corporate Sales, not through any other seller
- The property shall be registered solely in the name of the employee and spouse (if applicable)

- Employee signifies interest to ALI Corporate Sales through the website, phone call or email
- ALI Corporate Sales profiles employee, recommends options, and endorses to seller
- Seller to handle account servicing
- Employee submits Employee Discount Application Form (EDAF) to ALI Corporate Sales for approval
- ALI Corporate Sales indicates amount of discount to be given and approves EDAF
- For ALI & subs employees, EDAF is endorsed to HR for second layer approval
- The approved EDAF is sent to the seller for attachment to the computation sheet
- Seller to conduct activities to close sale
- For cancellations, employee to notify seller and ALI Corporate Sales
